Shipping

Each order will be processed and shipped after payment has been authorized and confirmed. Please allow up to 72 hours to process and ship orders. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail. Shipping charges, which includes insurance, will be $5 for orders under $100. Orders over $100 are shipped FREE. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped in the state of Michigan.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the unworn item within 14 days from receipt of your purchase. First, you must email us and request a return authorization number. After you receive the return authorization, you may package the return with the original receipt/invoice and tag. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned or exchanged items must be in original condition and shipped in a cushioned mailer envelope. Deodate Jewelry is not responsible for uninsured items.
